Jimmy's Deals collects personally identifiable information when you register and/or complete surveys.
When you register with Jimmy's Deals, we ask for your name, email address, birth date, gender address, and marital status among other personal details. Once you register with Jimmy's Deals and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
You may request deletion of your account with Jimmy's Deals by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link contained in every email we send you. Once deleted you will not be able to earn any additional entries into the next prize draw (but your existing entries will still be valid for the next prize draw)

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend an email inviting him or her to visit the site. Jimmy's Deals will store this information for the sole purpose of sending referral emails and tracking the success of our referral program.
